James Corden and 'Frozen' cast literally stop traffic with live musical in the street

The stars of Disney’s hit movie Frozen have taken the musical to the streets with the help of James Corden.

Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff all joined The Late Late Show host for the latest edition of Crosswalk the Musical - and it was pretty epic.

All the stars dressed as their respective Disney characters - however at first James wanted to have the coveted role of the ice queen Elsa all for himself and even donned a blonde Elsa wig and dress.

But when Idina – who voices Elsa in the movie - proved she was the better singer, James gave up the role and decided to sport a snowflake outfit instead.

The cast also previewed a brand new song from the upcoming animated sequel, Frozen 2 and it was lovely.

For the crosswalk finale, they all performed the iconic song Let It Go together, and Idina even climbed up onto the hood of a waiting car as she took the lead.

We love it!

Frozen 2 hits cinemas in New Zealand on November 28 and we can't wait.
