The Hits Breakfast with Callum and P is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with the Southern Hoiho, our region’s very own professional women’s basketball team competing in Tauihi Basketball Aotearoa. Just like the mighty hoiho – the rare, yellow-eyed penguin – the team represents strength, resilience, and pride in the South.

This season, fans can look forward to a fast-paced schedule of home games at the Edgar Centre in Dunedin, with action also tipping off in Christchurch. The Hoiho will take on top talent from across New Zealand and international imports, making for some of the most competitive basketball Aotearoa has to offer.

Together, we’ll be championing women’s basketball and creating unforgettable moments for fans across the South.
