Nuit Blanche 2026
Nuit Blanche 2026
Napier comes alive after dark for Nuit Blanche, returning on Saturday 3 October with an evening packed with art, live music, food, light and entertainment throughout the city.
Now in its ninth year, Nuit Blanche transforms Napier’s streets and laneways into a free open-air festival, showcasing some of the best creative talent Hawke’s Bay has to offer.
This year features the festival’s biggest live music lineup yet, with local musicians including Mahina Lawrence, Mon Shelford, Nick Herbison and Willsy bringing everything from singer-songwriter sounds and folk-rock to live band performances.
There’ll be plenty more to discover throughout the night, with more than 40 acts and performances, roving entertainers, face painters, aerial performances and an interactive lighting installation taking over Herschell Street.
Foodies can get amongst the action too, with Napier’s restaurants and eateries joining the celebrations. Check out local favourites including Community Burgers, Goldie’s, Hunger Monger and The Everest, with special dishes, street food, drinks and unique experiences on offer for the night.
A new Eat Street will bring food and entertainment together, making it the perfect spot to grab something delicious while soaking up the atmosphere.
Whether you’re there for the music, art, performances, food or simply to explore Napier after dark, Nuit Blanche is set to be a huge night celebrating the people, creativity and culture of Hawke’s Bay.
Nuit Blanche kicks off from 5:30pm on Saturday 3 October in Central Napier.
