CubaDupa is back for 2026!

Bursting onto the streets of Wellington on 28th and 29th of March with its massive two day, free street festival, like no other! Over one epic weekend, Cuba Street in Poneke will transform into a kaleidoscope of music, performance, street theatre, food, and live art, drawing hundreds of artists and thousands of people together for a city-wide celebration.

The perfect end to the summer festival season! This year’s programme features multiple live stages and creative zones, immersive street parades, creative pop-up’s and surprises, full of joy and wonder. Plus you can hit the streets for a global culinary adventure.

Woven through every laneway in the Cuba Quarter, CubaDupa 2026, brings the arts to life, in all its forms, free and for all ages and promising unforgettable moments of discovery and connection, at the beating heart of Pōneke.
