How Yoga Helped This 85-Yr-Old Dramatically Improve Her Health and Posture

85-year-old Anna Pesce has been dealing with constant throbs caused by a herniated disc, scoliosis, and osteoporosis all rolled together over the last decade.

Whenever she visited her children and grandchildren, she would eventually have to wait in a wheelchair and even had to be carried up and down the stairs.

Then she decided to give yoga a go. 

At first, the difficult poses were painful, but eventually she began to get stronger. 

After two months of hard work and thanks to the help of a special yoga instructor who specifically deals with people who suffer from chronic pain, Pesce has gained her independence back!
