World's Longest Glass Bridge Opens In China

This glass bridge is already being referred to as "hero bridge", and we can certainly see why!

It had been previously made of wood to connect the two peaks of Stone Buddha Mountain in China, however 11 engineers working 12 hour days have converted it to glass.

The bridge is the world's longest glass-bottomed walkway, which spans 300m and is 180m above the ground, and as can be seen in the photos, people are terrified to walk it! Reportedly, the glass is 25 times stronger than regular window glass at a thickness of 24mm.
