If you've bought frozen veggies recently, you may want to go and check the label.

An urgent recall has just been issued for all batches of Bell Farms Steam Veggies: Carrot, corn and broccoli and Pinguin Four Mixed Vegetables due to the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes.

The affected batches have been sold at Countdown, SuperValue and FreshChoice supermarkets throughout New Zealand.

The Ministry of Primary Industries advises customers to not consume the product, however, if you have consumed it and have concerns about your health you should seek medical advice.
