‘Harry Potter’s Matthew Lewis says NZ is his favourite place after filming Kiwi comedy ‘Baby Done’

He’s known best for his iconic role as Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter movies, but now Matthew Lewis is starring in the brand new Kiwi comedy, Baby Done, alongside Rose Matafeo.

To celebrate the movie’s release, he caught up with Jono and Ben to chat about his time filming the movie in Aotearoa, and apparently, New Zealand is his new favourite place! Quote: "New Zealand is one of my favourite places on earth!" ... Thanks, Matthew!

He also touched on what it was like working with Rose, who happens to be a massive Harry Potter fan and actually got his autograph when she was 14 years old, and he even got grilled on some bizarre baby facts.

Producer Juliette – who happens to be a mega-fan – also kindly offered up her flat for whenever he’s in New Zealand next!

Watch Matthew’s full interview above, and go see Baby Done, in cinemas around the country now!

Meanwhile, both Matthew and Rose got asked some awkward parenting questions by Ben's daughter Sienna - check out the hilarious video here:
