It looks like Ed Sheeran may have gotten married to fiance Cherry Seaborn in secret!

Could Ed Sheeran have become a married man without any of us knowing?

It seems to be the case after new comments from the Shape of You singer sparked suggestions that he may have already gotten hitched to his fiance Cherry Seaborn.

Answering questions on drop4drop's Instagram story, Ed dropped the bomb-shell news while answering a fan's question about when the wedding is taking place.

"Maybe it's already happened," Ed says in the clip with a cheeky grin on his face.

Earlier this year the 27-year-old melted our hearts with the news of their engagement and also left us all a little confused after he broke tradition by wearing an engagement ring.

It seems that may now have been a tactic to hide the timing of his nuptials from the public.
