Yesterday marked Neil Patrick Harris' 43rd birthday! Ahead of his celebrations the actor has debuted a brand new look at the Tony Awards earlier this week.

In a move that no one saw coming, Neil has shaved all his hair off.

But this change in appearance wasn't just for fun - it turns out it's for his next role. Neil is going to be starring in a new Netflix project, the adaptation of the book A Series of Unfortunate Events.

He'll be playing Count Olaf, who is the tale's villain—he's known for his signature bald head, single eyebrow and ankle tattoo.
