While he may be the heir to the British throne, Prince Charles is just like any other doting grandad.

As part of the future King's 70th birthday celebrations, Charles is displaying over 100 pieces of his personal belongings - including private family photos - in a new Buckingham Palace exhibit, titled Prince & Patron.

And thanks to the exhibit, a previously unseen photograph of Prince George has been spotted at the Palace.

The touching portrait features the Prince of Wales alongside his eldest son, Prince William, and his then-newborn grandson, Prince George.

The young Prince, who turned five last week, can be seen sleeping peacefully in his grandfather’s arms while his dad smiles for the camera in a sweet photo of the three heirs to the throne all together.

Other portraits in the room show Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on their wedding day, Prince George's christening and a photo from Prince Harry's time in the army.
