Sam Smith pens note to fans hinting at new music 'very soon'

It's been quite a long time since we've heard new music from Sam Smith.
But it seems that our wait might be over soon!
The British pop star penned a heart felt note to fans, which he posted on his Instagram account.
In it, he revealed how he is "scared and excited" to his latest creation, which he has poured his "soul and heart into".
"Thank you for being so patient and for letting me have the past year to really escape into my mind & write music so freely," he wrote, "I feel so rejuvenated and have so many stories I can’t wait to tell you."
“The wait is so nearly over. Something is coming very very very very soon.”
