This is the actor who was supposed to play Christian Grey in the 'Fifty Shades' film trilogy

Can you imagine anyone other than Jamie Dornan playing Christian Grey?

Well, apparently Robert Pattinson was originally supposed to take on the role in the Fifty Shades trilogy.

But the Twilight star has revealed he's glad he didn’t accept the part because of the physical requirements.

The 32-year-old said: “I sometimes look at stuff and go, 'You have to work out too much. It is going to be exhausting'".

“I have tried. I don’t understand how people do it at all".

“I will go to the gym sometimes. I will have one week on and three months off".

“I will genuinely try and not go when other people are there.”

The leading role was eventually given to Jamie Dornan, after Charlie Hunnam quit the film.
