Victoria Beckham Reveals the One Thing She Eats Every Day for Flawless Skin

In a recent interview, Victoria Beckham (42) swore that her secret to flawless skin starts in the kitchen.

"I see a dermatologist in LA, called Dr. Harold Lancer, who is incredible. I’ve known him for years – he sorted my skin out," Beckham said. "I used to have really problematic skin and he said to me, ’You have to eat salmon every single day.’ I said, ’Really, every day?’ And he said, ’Yes; breakfast, lunch or dinner, you have to eat it every single day.’"

Salmon and other fatty fish are full of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A and C. Not only are these crucial anti-inflammatories and skin moisturizers, but several studies have shown a link between healthy skin and fish consumption.

Studies show that those who ate a diet rich in fish and vegetables had significantly less acne than those who didn’t.
