Here are the secret Netflix codes which unlock tons of hidden Christmas movies!

The countdown to Christmas has officially begun - with exactly FIVE weeks to go!

If you're like us and can't get enough of watching all your favourite festive flicks, then this nifty Netflix trick will make your holidays even merrier.

As all Netflix users know, the streaming service has very specialised subgenres of movies and TV shows.

But the problem is, the subgenres aren't always easy to access.

Netflix will only recommend specific movies and genres if you've previously watched something similar.

It's all based on the algorithm Netflix uses, which collects data about what their users are viewing.

However, it turns out there's an easy web address trick that allows you to browse the site's full catalogue of Christmas films.

All you have to do is log into your Netflix account and enter www.netflix.com/browse/genre/XXXX into your browser's toolbar (instead of typing XXXX, you'll type in a series of numbers that correspond to Netflix's subgenres).

Note: Regional differences might prevent certain codes from working.
