Netflix has unveiled the trailer for the brand new crime thriller Clickbait and it looks terrifyingly good.

Honestly, we cannot wait to watch it!

It stars Adrian Grenier – who you will recognise from The Devil Wears Prada, Drive Me Crazy and Entourage – as Nick Brewer, a "loving father, husband, and brother, who one day suddenly and mysteriously disappears”.

After his disappearance, an ominous video appears online showing – but is the video a treat or a confession? Or both?

"As his sister played by Zoe Kazan and wife played by Betty Gabriel rush to find and save him, they uncover a side of Nick they didn't know existed," Netflix reveals about what watchers can expect from the eight-episode limited series, which was filmed in Australia.

Clickbait is available on the streaming service from August 25.
