Random Act of Kindness: Painters Give Homeless Man a Chance to Work

When a homeless guy in Manchester asked a some passers-by to spare some change, he probably didn't expect them to offer him a day's work.

But that's what happened to this guy last week!

According to Manchester Evening News, the men asked the homeless guy if he had been drinking and when he said no, they offered him the opportunity to earn some cash.

"They had a bit of a long chat between them then he put his bag down and picked up a paintbrush and got to it," said Darren Wheatcroft, who sent pictures in to the Manchester Evening News.

"He was being given tips and shown what to do, it was really great to see."

A small gesture like this would have meant a lot to this man.
