The best iPhone apps of 2016 according to Apple

Apple have just released a list containing their opinion of the best apps of 2016.
The list only contains utility styled apps, but apple did have to mention the augmented reality craze that was 'Pokemon Go'.
Here's their picks:
1. Prisma
This photo editing app is definitely in a league of its own.
It takes your regular looking phone snaps and turns them into funky artistic styled shots.
Here's an example of what you can do with this great app.
2. MSQRD
MSQRD, or masquerade is a selfie animating app.
Using Snapchat styled filetrs, MSQRD brings your selfies to life in a hilarious fashion.

3. Quartz
Quartz is a revolutionary news app that brings news to your phone in a completely different way.
The app works as a messaging platform where you talk to a 'bot' that messages back with the information that you want on the news stories.
This means that you are able to either go onto the next story, or ask more questions to learn more about a certain story.

4. Vogue
This one is pretty self explanatory, its simply the best app for all your fashion related news.
Every morning you'll be greeted with eight new stories, and you can also read everything on Vogue.com through it.

5. Meditation Studio
Again, pretty self explanatory.
It's the best app to enhance your meditation experiences.
6. Detour
Detour has a really cool concept behind a great looking app.
You know those clunky audio tours that you can buy from a museum's reception.
Detour gets rid of the old technology and brings a whole city's tour to your phone.
It's only available in 10 cities around the world right now, but it has plans to expand to more locations.
Definitely one to consider on your next trip overseas.
7. Glasses by Warby Parker
Warby Parker is a New York business that started in 2010 and have changed the face of online prescription glasses.
The point of difference between these guys and other glasses outlets is the usability of their app.
It has a great interface and only takes a few taps to order some great looking glasses.
Along with all this great stuff, for every pair purchased, they donate a pair of glasses to someone in need.
8. Hyper
Hyper has one purpose, to bring you the best videos from around the web each morning.
They curate and create so you have the best of both worlds, and always have something to watch when you want to.

9. Tiny Cards
This flashcard app is like nothing else on the market.
In terms on using the flashcard concept, it's in a league of its own.
It has a simple yet aesthetic interface that's really easy to use, and makes learning new topics an enjoyable experience.
