The wait is almost over: 'Off Campus' season 2 gets an official release date

After becoming one of Prime Video's biggest ever series launches, Off Campus is heading back to Briar University with a brand-new love story at its heart.

If you binged your way through Off Campus and immediately needed more, we've got good news.

Prime Video has announced that season two of the hit hockey romance series will arrive on April 28, 2027, continuing the adaptation of Elle Kennedy's bestselling Off Campus book series.

While season one focused on the romance between Hannah Wells and hockey captain Garrett Graham, the next chapter shifts the spotlight to fan favourites Allie Hayes and Dean Di Laurentis.

The new season is based on Kennedy's novel The Score, the third book in the hugely popular series that inspired the show. One of the things readers have always loved about the books is that each story follows a different couple, while keeping the same close-knit group of friends connected throughout the series.

That means viewers can expect plenty of familiar faces alongside a fresh romance.

Mika Abdalla and Stephen Kalyn will take centre stage as Allie and Dean, while season one stars Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli are set to return as Hannah and Garrett.

The announcement comes after an incredibly successful first season. According to Prime Video, Off Campus was watched by 36 million viewers worldwide within its first 12 days, making it one of the streaming platform's biggest series debuts to date.

The show's popularity isn't much of a surprise for fans of Kennedy's novels. The Off-Campus books built a massive following through BookTok and romance readers worldwide long before the Prime Video adaptation arrived, with many considering The Score one of the most-loved stories in the series.

For anyone who fell hard for the mix of romance, friendship, university life and hockey in season one, it looks like Briar University is about to deliver another addictive chapter.

And if history repeats itself, expect social media to be talking about Dean and Allie long before the final episode drops.
