Twelve days 'til Christmas Cocktails: Boozy Rum Ball Hot Chocolate recipe

RUM BALL HOT CHOCOLATE

Serves two

INGREDIENTS

  • 150grams milk chocolate
  • 2 cups full-fat milk
  • 2 shots Malibu rum
  • 1 shot Kahlua (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings, marshmallows or desiccated coconut to serve

METHOD

  1. Break chocolate into pieces and combine with milk in a saucepan. Cook over a low-medium heat, stirring often, until chocolate is melted and well combined with chocolate.
  2. Remove from heat and thoroughly stir in Malibu and Kahlua, if using.
  3. Pour into mugs and decorate with chocolate shavings, marshmallows or desiccated coconut.
  4. Enjoy!
