CHRISTMAS EVE PICK-ME-UP BERRY ESPRESSO MARTINI

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

• 2 shot vodka
• 2 shot Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
• 1 shot Chambord (berry liqueur) 
• 2 shots espresso
• Freeze-dried raspberry pieces

METHOD

1. In a cocktail shaker combine ice, vodka, Kahlua, Chambord and cooled espresso coffee.
2. Shake vigorously so the cocktail mixture becomes frothy
3. Using a strainer, pour slowly into martini glasses
4. Place one or two pieces of freeze-dried raspberry onto the martini foam as a garnish
5. Enjoy!
