Woman Pays For Frail Man's Shopping After His Search For The Right Change Moved Her To Tears

A kind-hearted woman paid for a frail pensioner's shop after watching him struggle to pay for his items at the till.

Generous Amba Goodwin Tremain, 34, was on her lunch break when she popped into a convenience store in Portsmouth. After observing the 'confused' old man spill 'mere pennies' onto the counter to pay for his groceries, she stepped in and helped him out.

Mrs Tremain shared her good deed on Facebook. The post has been shared over 500 times and attracted a number of positive comments.

One social media user said 'the world needs more people like you' while another added, 'Bless your heart. not many people would do that.'
