This is beautiful.
Raimundo Arruda Sobrinho is a 77 year old poet from Brazil. However, Sobrinho has been homeless for nearly 40 years.
As part of his daily routine, he would live on the streets and write poetry and philosophy, but never share it with anyone.
Until 2011 when a woman named Shalla Monteiro stopped to talk to him and read one of his poems.Â
The two spoke everyday, and after being so inspired by his work, Monteiro started a Facebook page to promote his poetry. Overnight, Raimundo gained tens of thousands of fans.Â
One of the fans included his long-lost brother, who has a result connected with him online and invited Raimundo live live with him. His book of poetry is set to be published soon!
