Mums' heartwarming Carpool Karaoke video with their Down syndrome children goes viral

In support of World Down Syndrome Day a special version of James Corden's Carpool Karaoke was filmed by a group of mums and their kids.
And WOW, it is a tear-jerker!
The video has already had nearly a million views, with Cordon calling it the “most beautiful Carpool Karaoke ever”.
