Watch Kristen Bell and Jimmy Fallon sing iconic Disney songs throughout history

Real-life Disney princess Kristen Bell teamed up with Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon to sing some of the most iconic Disney songs together.

It was truly magical!

Kristen – who voices Princess Anna in Frozen and the highly anticipated Frozen 2 - first chimed in with her stunning voice on When You Wish Upon a Star … and it really did make our dreams come true.

The pair then performed Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious from Mary Poppins, Heigh-Ho from Snow White, Bear Necessities from The Jungle Book, Under the Sea and A Part of Your World from The Little Mermaid, Alladin's Whole New World and Beauty and The Beast's title track.

They also continued the mash-up singing, Circle of Life/ Nants’ Ingonyama (intro) and Can You Feel the Love Tonight from The Lion King, Colours of the Wind from Pocahontas, Do You Want to Build a Snowman from the first Frozen film and You’ve Got a Friend in Me from Toy Story, Remember Me from Coco and How Far I’ll Go from Moana.

Finally, they ended the epic medley with Into the Unknown from Frozen 2 and the iconic Frozen ballad Let It Go.

During her appearance on The Tonight Show Kristen revealed some "spoilers" from Frozen 2 – which is set to hit theatres in New Zealand on November 28.
