'She-Hulk's Jameela Jamil auditioned without knowing role: 'It could have been a Marvel porno'

Warning: This interview contains explicit language

Jameela Jamil is one of Marvel's newest supervillains.

The British actress - who you'll recognise from The Good Place - stars as Titania in Disney+'s superhero comedy She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, alongside Tatiana Maslany, Renée Elise Goldsberry and Mark Ruffalo.

She caught up with Jono and Ben who could immediately "sense [that they] are both trouble".

When asking about an embarrassing on-set accident, Jameela was quick to brush it off.

"It was a literal pain in the ass," not going into too many details on how the stunt accident occurred.

"I pulled a muscle in my bum and I felt it all the way into the hole. I spoke about that once and now it's taken over my entire life."

Describing herself as "super clumsy", Jameela admitted that she found the fight scenes challenging.

"I'm super clumsy so we were asking for trouble," she said, "I don't how we got me through it alive, but I properly learned how to kick the sh*t out of someone."

"So don't mess with me either of you," she added jokingly to Jono and Ben.

Jameela, also admitted that she was so excited to join the Marvel family that she signed up before even knowing what the role was.

"[I had] no idea whatsoever," she said about going for the role of Titania. "It was wild, I mean, it could have been a Marvel porno for all I knew."

"I didn't know what I was signing up for and thankfully it was a fully clothed role and it was the best - my favourite, at least - villain in the MCU.

"And now it's changed my life and I've never done a more ridiculous or exciting thing ever."
