In an Instagram post captioned, "I ain't got time to bleed..." The Rock laughs to the camera about an accident that has made his ring finger twisted out of shape.

The camera then pans down to show a horribly mangled finger- an image that is not for the faint of heart!

"Bleed? Haha - I ain't got time to bleed. Alright let's pop this son'b*tch back in," he says.

Never fear though... Variety reports The Rock's mangled finger was a prosthetic hand, used as a prop on the set of the film.

Perhaps he should have a word with Jimmy Fallon, who isn't laughing after spending 10 days in hospital over an accident that saw him nearly sever a finger.
