No, Jennifer Aniston doesn't resort to cleansing to keep her fit frame!
Aniston says “It’s pretty clear: eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep,”.
Seems pretty simple!
Aniston admits it didn't happen overnight and when it came to deciding which diet worked best, it was a little bit of trial and error.
One fad she has been interested in, is the Taco Cleanse. “I’m riveted [by the Taco Cleanse]...I can see that being something.”
