Kate Hudson unveils first photo of her newborn and she is so adorable!

Kate Hudson has shared the very first adorable picture of her newborn baby.

Taking to Instagram to share the sweet snap, the 39-year-old actress introduced her daughter as "our little rosebud".

In the photo, Kate’s baby girl – named Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa – wears a darling pink bow headband and is snuggly wrapped up in a pink white and blue coloured swaddle.

This is Kate’s first child with boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa. She is also mother to sons, 14-year-old Ryder and 7-year-old Bingham.

The Bride Wars star announced last week that Rani had been born on October 2, revealing the sweet meaning behind her unique name.

"We have decided to name our daughter Rani (pronounced Ronnie) after her grandfather, Ron Fujikawa," Kate wrote.

"Ron was the most special man who we all miss dearly. To name her after him is an honour."
