President Obama's Daughter's New Job

A summer job is standard for any American teenager, but for 17 year old Malia Obama, it seems to have helped to have friends in high places!

Obama's eldest daughter seems to have landed a gig as an intern on the set of the HBO TV show GIRLS after being spotted in Brooklyn, sipping a soft drink during filming on location at the Aurora Ristorante.

Malia previously worked as a production assistant for Halle Berry's CBS show Extant, where she was seen fetching coffee for the cast in Los Angeles during shooting.

Her mum, First Lady Michelle Obama, has previously said how she wants to see her daughters spread their wings. "I'm going to be happy to see them thriving on campus work study jobs, traveling and having all these wonderful independent experiences that are going to make them phenomenal people."
