These Guys Dressed Up As Traffic Cones On Halloween & Effectively Blocked Traffic

On Sunday morning, Kingston police shared a photo of one of the calls they responded to on Halloween:

“We are human beings and we do find things amusing,” a spokesperson for the Kingston police told BuzzFeed News. “Obviously, they were standing in the middle of the road and there’s a dangerous side to it.”
Luckily, someone managed to grab a photo of the mischievous traffic cones.

Dan Theochari, the guy who managed to grab a photo of the traffic cones, told the Evening Standard that he didn’t see the police arriving.
“They were just standing in front of the taxi and the bus not letting them get past and taking pictures of themselves,” he said. “I saw it and it made me laugh.”
