What a tear jerker!!!

16-year-old, Harry Gardner, left the Britain's Got Talent judges in tears as he sang a heart-breaking tribute about his nan who deteriorated rapidly with Alzheimer’s disease.

The teen wrote the song, Not Alone, which recalls his favourite memories he shared with his grandma – who has since passed away.

His audition left the judges, as well as presenters Ant and Dec, in tears and Amanda Holden told him: "Harry, it really moved me, I just wish your grandmother could see what you've done today because I'm sure she'd be so proud of you".

Alesha added: "I think it takes real courage to put your heart and soul into a song the way you did, that was fantastic audition.

A teary eyed Ant told Harry afterwards: "You really got me there mate".
