Out of any X-Factor judge, Simon Cowell is arguably the hardest one to impress!

Recently, on the X Factor UK 2016 6-chair Challenge, Simon was faced with a massively tough decision when the last contestant showed up.

16-year-old Olivia Garcia walked on stage, against all the odds, as all six chairs were already full with talented contestants.

Garcia was clearly nervous - and Simon Cowell pointed it out to the other judges - but once she opened her mouth, everything changed.
