Another hilarious Wheel of Fortune fail stumps the internet

Luckily for ABC, the particularly rude guesses for the hidden message in a recent Wheel of Fortune puzzle weren't actually voiced on-air.

The long-running game show has a history of contestants guessing hilariously wrong answers, some of which have been a tad lewd or risque.

But while the actual contestant on a recent episode of the show was able to decipher her puzzle quickly, the internet has been left baffled — prompting them to offer up some incredibly funny ideas.

On the episode, a woman was playing her bonus round when the odd puzzle popped up. With the given letters, as well as the letters she picked, the puzzle read: "--CK -A -ORK."

Stumped, one Twitter user took a picture of the screen and filled in the blanks with a hilarious if rude suggestion: "Suck it dork."

Of course, this couldn't have actually been the answer — and not just because it is inappropriate. The letters automatically turned around are R, S, T, L, N, and E, which would make this answer impossible.

However, at least 36,000 people have found the idea hilarious, favouriting the tweet. And others offered their own suggestions.

Others liked including the word "dork", with a Twitter user's mother guessing it was "lick it dork".

Some preferred the "suck it" end of the original guess, suggesting "suck it work".

People guessed that the last work was Mork (of Mork and Mindy), pork, and — correctly — work, but it seems few knew the right answer, which one person illuminated.

"Watched this tonight and my thought was 'suck it work,' so I was very impressed when the contestant got 'back at work' in less than 1 sec," the man said.

In April, a mistaken contestant read "_O_EYS_CK_E B_S_" as Popsicle bike, while a March contestant guessed that a puzzle spelling out the play "A Streetcar Named Desire" said ''A Streetcar Naked Desire".
