When a US company released a hairy chest swimsuit earlier this year, the internet couldn't get enough of the $44 (NZ$60) costume.

And now a British art designer has offered a new garment styled on the hairier species of the human race.

Speaking to Metro, Albert Pukies revealed he created the DadBag because he's "desperate to have a dad bod but I’m also very concerned about the health risks associated with it."

"The solution is quite simple, a bumbag with a proper dad belly printed on it. Now I can put on a dad bod whenever I feel like it and even store my valuables in it."
