'Despicable Me' Producers Working On Shrek Resurrection!

Reports have revealed that our beloved Shrek films may be resurrected!

Comcast's NBC Universal Chief Executive Steve Burke made comments on Tuesday about the Shrek assets.

NBCU has agreed to pay $3.8 billion USD for the DreamWorks Animations, and Chris Meledandri of Illumination Entertainment, its partner in the Despicable Me film franchise, will get creative control. 

"He [Meledandri] is creatively going to try to help us figure out how to resurrect Shrek," Burke said. 

We would love to see our favourite Ogre come back to life!
