Guy Sebastian shows off incredible body transformation in new selfie

He stole our hearts when he took out the title of the first ever Australian Idol winner in 2003... and he definitely has us swooning over him again!

Why you ask? Because Guy Sebastian is now the proud owner of a well-chiselled six pack.

After travelling home from touring UK and finishing the album etc I haven’t had much time to work out at all. It only took a few days of not exercising for me to start freaking out like it’s all going to be lost! I guess I just don’t want to go back to my old, injured Dad bod and it stresses me out. Anyway I just exercised for the first time in a week and I’m happy to say I will be back on track after a few workouts! Enjoy your Monday and stress less !

Sebastian first toned up after taking part in Men's Health magazine's transformation program back in August.
