He stole our hearts when he first graced our screens as Home and Away's bad boy Justin Morgan - and we have a feeling he's going to have the ladies swooning over him all over again!
That's because James Stewart is now the proud owner of a well-chiselled six pack.
Landing the cover of the March issue of Men's Health Australia, Jimmy took part in the magazine's transformation program to get an "action hero" body.
The program included working with celebrity transformation coaches Chief Brabon and Emilie Brabon-Hames for the past 8 weeks.
"I wasn't feeling overweight, but I didn't feel in shape," James told the magazine.
"I've got a couple of mates at home in the same boat: with T-shirts on they've still got broad shoulders and can lift decent weights, but it's all a bit wobbly."
The 42-year-old lost half his body fat percentage, going from 16.8 to 7.2 per cent.
He also dropped 4.7kg and 4cm from his waist - but added 4.5kg of muscle overall.
