Madonna shares rare family photo with her six children

Holiday's are all about spending time with your family.

And that's exactly what Madonna's clan did.

Taking to Instagram, the 59-year-old superstar shared a rare photo with her six children, while on holiday in Malawi.

And we can't get over how much they've grown!

Alongside the picture, Madonna wrote: "Tree of Life..... Mercy James Paediatric Hospital! One Year Later! #everythingislove #malawi art work by @jacarandaschoolfororphans."

Her eldest daughter Lourdes, 21, can be seen standing next to her brother David Banda, 12, and her five-year-old twin sisters Estere and Stelle.

While Rocco, 17, has his arm around his sister Mercy James, 12.

The family trip to Malawi was in honour of the one year anniversary of the Mercy James Centre, a children's hospital wing she named after her Malawi-born daughter.
