Whatever happened to Michelle Branch?

Michelle Branch broke into the music scene back in 2001, with the super catchy 'Everywhere'.

But fast forward 16 years, we've been wondering whatever happened to the pop star.

In the 16 years since Branch released her smash hit single, the singer/songwriter got married, had a child, separated from her husband, and put out an album as part of a country music duo.

Now, with a new label and a new life partner (the Black Keys' Patrick Carney) Branch has just released a new and totally different album, Hopeless Romantic.

She's also touring Asia, North America and Europe.

We hope to see more of her music in New Zealand soon!
