Disney+ puts hilarious new twist on Fairy Godmothers in new comedy 'Godmothered'

Who hasn’t wished a fairy godmother would come into our lives and make everything better à la Cinderella-style.

Well, now Disney+ has an adorable and hilarious new movie coming out next month about this exactly!

Godmothered, starring Jillian Bell and Isla Fisher sees an over-eager fairy godmother-in-training set to change things up for one woman.

"Finding a mislaid letter from a 10-year-old girl in distress, Eleanor, a young, inexperienced fairy godmother  (Jillian Bell), tracks her down and discovers that the girl, Mackenzie, is now a 40-year-old single mom (Isla Fisher) working at a news station in Boston,” Disney describes their comedy.

"Having lost her husband several years earlier, Mackenzie has all but given up on the idea of ‘Happily Ever After’, but Eleanor is bound and determined to give Mackenzie a happiness makeover, whether she likes it or not.”

And given it’s the holiday season, the sweet flick of course as a Christmas twist to it!

Godmothered is set to stream on Disney+ from December 4 and we can’t wait!
