How Justin Timberlake really feels about what's inside Britney Spears' new book

Justin Timberlake is allegedly furious after private details about his three-year relationship with Britney Spears were written about in her recently-released bombshell memoir.

The former NSYNC singer has been criticised online this week after his ex-girlfriend revealed various harsh claims in The Woman In Me, such as accusations that he cheated on her and forced her to get an abortion when they found out she was pregnant when she was 19.

Timberlake reportedly has no intention of reaching out to the Toxic singer, and is fuming that she has laid out her side of the story, according to the Daily Mail.

“Justin has not reached out to Britney at all about any of this, and he is not going to because there is nothing he can say to her,” an insider told the outlet, adding that she was “just telling it from her point of view” and that he is not “okay with it”.

“Justin is not at all happy about what has come out in this book,” the source said.

“Doing this book has given Britney life, and she really doesn’t care who is offended by anything in it because it is what happened. She was there and lived through it. No one can say anything. She has got this all out of her and is moving on now.”

Spears and Timberlake first met on the set of The Mickey Mouse Club when they were younger, and started dating when they were teenagers in 1999. They soon became one of the most high-profile couples of the era.

The pair split in 2002, with Spears claiming in her memoir that Timberlake dumped her in a two-word text while she was filming her music video for Overprotected.

The Gimme More singer revealed that she was “devastated” and thought about leaving the music industry after the split - but Timberlake seemed unfazed by the break-up.

“I was comatose in Louisiana, and he was happily running around Hollywood,” she alleged.

Spears’ claims about her relationship with Timberlake have come at a particularly bad time for the Cry Me A River singer, whose 11th wedding anniversary with wife Jessica Biel was reportedly spoiled as a result.

“Britney’s book coming out with all the revelations coming from it has not been the best for his anniversary celebrations,” another source told the Mail.

“Having it in the zeitgeist hasn’t been a topic of constant conversation, but Justin and Jessica have definitely talked about it.

“And to have to think of all of that during a time when they should celebrate their love for each other hasn’t been the most satisfying of days lately; it has been a bit stressful.”
