Katie Holmes hits back at rumours she's broken up with Jamie Foxx

Just yesterday there were rumours floating around that Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx had split, after Radar Online published a story on the couple.

But Katie's rep, Leslie Sloane, is speaking out and has denied the pair - who have been dating for five years - have separated.

Sloane says the reports of a breakup are "100 percent untrue."

Her statement also marks the first time Katie has addressed the relationship, after first being linked to the actor in 2013.

The tabloid story claimed that the 39-year-old actress - who has 12-year-old daughter, Suri, with her ex-husband Tom Cruise - called time on their romance because she "couldn’t get over her trust issues."

The publication reported the 50-year-old actor had not slown down his partying habits and constantly flirted with other women.

"It rubbed Katie the wrong way. It was hard for her not to feel jealous and worry about cheating, especially since Jamie’s a major flirt," a source told Radar Online.

The publication also claimed the former 'Dawson's Creek' actress had already moved on "with an NYC lawyer, but is keeping his name under wraps for now."
