Family Ensures Blind Mother Gets To See Her Daughter's Wedding

Lauren’s mother Joy suffers from a rare condition that left her totally blind in her 50s. The abrupt loss of vision radically changed her life.

She was devastated to know that she would never be able to see her daughter walk down the aisle so her family did something beautiful.

After hearing about goggles that allow the visually impaired to see, the family set up a GoFundMe page, where they raised enough money for Joy’s glasses and an extra $2,000 to donate to another visually impaired person (the glasses were a hefty $15,000).
